My name is Francesca Simoni and I’m a “personal chef”.

What sets me apart are Passion and Love for the Kitchen. I work in Italy and abroad for restaurants, trattorias, taverns, hotels and catering.

From simple services to large events, including cooking classes and show cooking.

I am often also called to take care of the initial start-up and staff training for the opening of new premises.
